25 Reasons Why YOU Are Choosing to Live Healthier

We want to know why you are choosing (or have chosen) to live a healthier life.  If you can't list 25 that's ok, just do as many as you can!  Thanks!!

    2. Getting out of my comfort zone
    3. Doing and learning things I've always wanted to try (like boxing and jiu jitsu)
    4. Helping others
    5. Inspire
    6. Make new friends in painful situations (ie climbers, sprints, millions of squats, etc)
    7. Laugh at myself...dont take things personally
    8. Push my limits...then push harder
    9. Making goals and completing them
    10. Confidence
    11. Being grateful
    12. Adding life to my years, not years to my life
    13. Seeing life in many perspectives
    14. Pain is beauty
    15. Looks aren't everything...I want to be the 80 yr old grandma that can still put you in a triangle choke
    16. Giving back
    17. Be able to keep up with my little nieces
    18. Learning how to listen to what my body needs
    19. Being able to come up with 25 reasons why i want a healthy lifestyle ;)
    20. Knowing that i dont need to have a relationship to feel wanted or special
    21. Eating...smarter...or trying to hehe
    22. Smile more
    23. Love more
    24. Create a new life that is my own
    25. Be happy
